Weekly Program
Here is a rough schedule of what my average week looks like since I started working out. Though, I must mention I am no professional- this routine did give me great results and helped me lose a lot of weight and get in shape! The following workouts are not set in stone are are more or less of a guideline to help you get started and understand what to do if you are new to the gym. I also added a few hyper-links to show proper form for some of the workouts I mention. Remember always, form is the most important part of weight lifting!
